This year a lot of children overseas are going to get a vaccination organised by Rotary to stop them getting the paralysing disease Polio. For their parents, not having the worry of the children catching Polio ever again is a great .....Freedom.

I am intending to do 750 Polio Pushups by breaking my goal down to

10 Pushups after breakfast.
10 Pushups after breakfast.
10 Pushups after dinner.

That means about 30 per day for 25 days (1st -24th October)
