Q: Where does my donation go?

A: The Rotary Foundation is the recipient of all donations made through Raise for Rotary. The Rotary Foundation is organized as a public charity operated exclusively for charitable purposes and governed by a Board of Trustees. The headquarters of Rotary International and The Rotary Foundation are in Evanston, Illinois, USA. Associate foundations are located in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, India, Japan and the United Kingdom.

Q: Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?

A: Donations of US $10 and greater will be receipted by email. Donations of $10 or more made offline by check will also be emailed if an email address is provided, or otherwise by post.

Q: Can I raise money for my Rotary or Rotaract club?

A: No, all fundraisers will benefit The Rotary Foundation.

Q: Can I donate by mail?

A: Donors are encouraged to give online. If you prefer to donate by mail, please follow these instructions:
1. Make payment payable to The Rotary Foundation.
2. Include fundraiser unique ID and name of fundraiser.
3. For Rotary gift credit include your donor ID.
4. Mail donation to:
