Thanks to Past President Phil Race and Paula for your generous donation. We had a great ride today, the cool temperatures provided an incentive to keep moving! We were in great company, with Past President Rita Marie Hadley also riding with us from the Rotary Club of Brantford. So good to see friends from the district, this fundraiser was a tremendous success! Thanks to you all!

Darion and I had a practice ride today with some great friends, riding from Waterford on the trail to Port Dover. We are so impressed by the generosity of our donors in support of next week's ride! Next Saturday's the event, and it's looking like a nice sunny day, we will be keeping our fingers crossed!
A big thanks and shout out to friends and Rotary Alumni Dev and Dan Chen, Teresa and Blair, Karen and Bruce Williamson, and Sunrise Rotarians Shawn Eliovitz, Jason Cherry, Rino Bidenti, and Melissa Jarman. You are putting the wind in our sails!

We've decided to raise our fundraising goal to $2000.00 from our original one of $500.00. Eaqch donation is matched 2 for one by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Thanks so much for supporting this worthy cause!

Darion and I are so thankful for donations from my brother and sister-in-law Nick and Kathy Holden, as well as our good friends Pam and Randy Hubick.

Darion and I are looking forward to a great bike ride on October 24th with Rotarians from our district. The Pedal for Polio - Dr. Ron Mergl Memorial ride is raising funds for polio eradication. All funds raised are matched and doubled by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, for example a $50.00 donation becomes $150.00! Please donate and help us exceed our goal!
