As you know polio is a fatal disease that still threatens children in some parts of the world. It can strike people of any age but mainly affects children under five. Polio can be prevented by vaccines, but it is not curable. Unlike most diseases, polio can be eradicated.
Our team is biking 22 kms along the North Shore Service Road of Lake Ontario on Saturday, October 24th - World Polio Day - and we need your support.
