The Rotary Club of Niagara Falls Sunrise is participating in the Dr Ron Mergl Memorial Pedal for Polio 2020 event. We will have multiple riders this year, but one of our club member's has laid down quite the challenge. Our Executive Secretary/Assistant Governor (David Berry) has decided to challenge Dale Hall, to see who can raise more funds.
Knowing I always accept a challenge, I have gladly accepted the challenge, but Dave forgot something! Since our lovely wedding day on August 15th, two people have become one. So Dave has challenged the Hall's to see who can fundraise more for the Polio Plus fund.
Taylor and I are fortunate to share a love for cycling, and we've been fortunate to enjoy some incredible scenery and moments on our bike already. Coming off of the 2019 Tour du Lac for Wellspring, and the inaugural Ride for Salvation Army (Paris/Brantford) which was a 250 Km one-day ride. We've enjoyed raising funds for various community organizations on our bikes. We appreciate any support we receive. In the 1980s, Rotary International took on the challenge of eradicating polio from the world, and we are almost there! Any support is greatly appreciated!!
