Who is ready for the Super Bowl? The two teams are playing for more than the Lombardi trophy... they're playing for a good cause!

Rotary District 5150 is challenging Rotary District 6040 (Kansas City) for a friendly wager to support worthy Rotary causes:

• If the 49er's win, DG Randy will donate to the PolioPlus Fund.
• If the Chief's win, DG Laine will donate to Shoes for Orphaned Souls.

Let's cheer on the NINERS to a victory!

Why I am fundraising for The Rotary Foundation
Rotarian pilots Peter Teahen and John Ockenfels, who just completed an Around the World Flight in a Cessna T210M single engine piston aircraft to raise money for PolioPlus, will share their exciting adventure with us. They are among an elite group of pilots who have circumnavigated the globe in a single engine plane. To date, this flight has raised over $500,000 in donations, and when matched by the Gates Foundation, will raise over $1.5 million to Eradicate Polio!
