I have been preparing for this ride for the past four months - up to about 150 miles a week. The effort has been good for mybody, mind and soul. Now, with just two weeks left, I am focusing on being prepared - do I have all of the right equipment, the proper stretching routine before, during and after the ride, and am I ready to represent all of you who have kindly donated to this combined effort?
