Update #2

It was a great time at our Game on for Polio event Sunday. World Polio Day is Oct. 24 and we raised $1,668.40 between this site and those who attended in person. Thank you to all who participated for our clubs. Let's end polio.

Why I am fundraising for The Rotary Foundation
Rotary Clubs in District 7570 Area 5 (Lynchburg Morning and Noon, Forest, Bedford, Amherst, Altavista) will get their "Game On" to end polio on Oct. 19, 2025 at 3-5 p.m. at the home of Area 5 Governor Traci Blido and Rotarian Mikael Blido in Forest VA.
Please give to our cause and/or join us for a backyard afternoon of lawn games, homemade chili, and fresh bread as we raise funds to help end polio worldwide. This gathering is part of our local celebration leading up to World Polio Day on October 24. The event is free, but we encourage a minimum $10 per person donation to Rotary’s PolioPlus Fund. Give here or give at the door.
