We begin in front of the Rotary tent across from lot 4 in Beaver Island Park at 10 AM, set up at 9 AM. We welcome anyone to sign up and raise funds to End Polio by Walking, Running or Biking the lovely West River Trail on Grand Island, NY. The trail is 8 miles in length, 16 miles round trip. West River Trail is a paved trail along the Niagara River from Beaver Island State Park to Buckhorn State Park. The trail is fairly flat with two overlooks and some benches scattered along the trail to stop and rest. It is not shaded. You can do what you are able and return to the start. The views of the river are beautiful. Portable Toilets are found at the beginning and end of the trail.
