The Purple Pinkie Donut Project is a joint fundraising effort between Dunkin’ Donuts locations and Rotary Districts across Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, Kansas, Ohio, and New York.
Thanks to matching funds from Rotary Districts, RI, and The Gates Foundation, every $1 donation results in $7.50 being donated to End Polio Now! The Purple Pinkie Donut Project has generated nearly more than $6 Million in donations (fully matched) to End Polio Now! in the last six years.
In participating areas, Rotarians can receive a "free" dozen donuts, donated by the local Dunkin' franchisees, for making a $25 donation. Rotarians who are not interested in receiving the donuts, can make their donation here; matching funds are still applied to the donation and Rotarians still receive Paul Harris Fellow credit for their donation.
