Today, in the Rotary Club of Hilo's 105th year, I am so excited about our future. In June 2026 I will be attending the Rotary international convention in Taipei Taiwan. The week before the Convention I will join over 300 other Rotarians to ride around Taiwan to raise money for Polio Plus. I have learned that International Rotarians are more alike than we are different. They care about their communities, they care about the world, they care about others. They are committed to do more through Rotary. I am too. And I am going to represent District 5000 and Hawaii by by riding over 500 kilometers the week before the convention to raise money for Polio Plus.
