The Rotary Club of Mitchell Field has contributed to this fundraising effort, as well as donating over $5,000 in sponsorships to the Flight to End Polio: Circle the Atlantic. Check out their website and see our name on the fuselage of the single engine plane that made the record breaking flight in September.

Why I am fundraising for The Rotary Foundation

There are 50 Rotary Clubs in District 6270 (Wisconsin). The Rotary Club of Mitchell Field (Milwaukee) challenges all clubs to try and top our fundraising total of last year, when we raised $388.00 per member, between their donations and fundraising efforts on behalf of PolioPlus.
If every club in our district were to match our total, we would raise over $800,000, and help insure that The Rotary Foundation reached the $50 million goal.
Of course, that is not possible. But certainly there are clubs that can approach that amount, and we encourage all clubs to set up fundraising pages. We will be fundraising until the end of the 2025-26 Rotary Year, on June 30, 2026. TRY AND CATCH US!!!
