The Rotary Club of Kenora celebrated World Polio Day on Sunday October 22 under overcast conditions on the shores of Lake of the Woods.
A big thank you to the members of the Polio Fundraiser and Awareness committee Christine , Sheelagh, Lloyd, Rick, Donna, Darcia, La Don, Lana and Ron for making our event a huge success. A big thank you to Lana for making our End Polio Now cookies!! So delicious!!
Also, I would like to thank all our donors Deb, Fred, Kelly, John, Ashley, Lloyd, Katrina, Ron Noseworthy, LaDon, Ray, Damon and Gord for your generous donations as well as the people who supported the fundraiser by purchasing End Polio Now cookies. Your donations will help Rotary move one step closer to eradicating Polio this crippling disease forever!!
